The project involves the transformation of an open-plan garment workshop into a contemporary, high-spec accounting office.
The spatial concept is organized around a linear internal “garden”, which functions both as the main circulation spine and as a visual reference point for the individual workspaces.
Independent offices are arranged along its perimeter, maintaining visual connection to greenery while ensuring privacy without isolation. The use of natural materials and controlled geometry contributes to a calm, coherent and well-balanced working environment.
An integrated lighting design, combined with a mechanical ventilation system, establishes a workspace that meets high standards of comfort, hygiene and energy performance.
