Design and construction of a contemporary NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) residence in Kalamata, developed on a compact 200 sq.m urban plot, with the aim of creating a highly efficient, functional, and refined living environment.
The residence is arranged across three levels and was carefully designed to maximize spatial quality, natural light, privacy, and the relationship between interior and outdoor living spaces, despite the limitations of the compact site.
The building has been designed and is currently being constructed according to Passive House principles and standards, integrating advanced strategies for thermal insulation, airtightness, solar control, and energy efficiency in order to achieve minimal energy consumption and optimal indoor comfort throughout the year.
The architectural approach combines clean geometries, natural materials, and contemporary interior design, resulting in a sophisticated urban residence that reflects modern Mediterranean living and sustainable architectural design.
