Nobus villas is a high-end hospitality project in Messinia, where architecture, interior design, and construction are seamlessly integrated into a single, controlled outcome.
The composition is defined by a refined contemporary Mediterranean language. Clear geometric volumes are carefully arranged to create balance and hierarchy, while natural materials—stone, wood, and earthy textures—anchor the project to its landscape. The design emphasizes the continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces, allowing light, views, and the surrounding environment to become essential elements of the living experience.
The interior design follows the same principles of understated luxury and clarity. Clean lines, tactile materials, and a restrained palette create a calm and sophisticated atmosphere, where comfort and functionality coexist with a strong architectural identity.
The development has been delivered as an nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building), incorporating advanced energy strategies that minimize environmental impact while enhancing user comfort and operational efficiency.
